Hello! I’m Tasha Brown — Photographer, Creative Educator, and Storyteller.

My journey with photography began as a child, inspired by my father’s portrait studio and darkroom. At just 11 years old, I received my first camera, and I’ve been captivated by the power of storytelling through visuals ever since.

While I explored scriptwriting and independent filmmaking in college—writing and directing several short films supported by Canadian Arts Councils—it was photography that became my creative home. I pursued this passion professionally, graduating with honours from Humber College’s Creative Photography program and receiving the Narvali Digital Photography Award for Best Portrait Portfolio.

Today, I specialize in fashion, beauty, and portrait photography that celebrates the uniqueness and God-given dignity of every individual I photograph. I also collaborate with brands to create product imagery that tells a story with clarity and style.

Beyond the camera, I’m deeply passionate about teaching. As a creative educator, I’m committed to helping beginners build confidence, develop their skills, and grow both creatively and professionally. I believe that our gifts are not random—they’re given with purpose—and it’s an honour to pour into the next generation of photographers and creatives.

Every project I take on is grounded in excellence, authenticity, and a sense of calling. Whether I’m behind the lens or in the classroom, I aim to serve with intention and walk in the creative purpose God has placed on my life.
