I’m starting to practice make-up more in my shoots. Often times I just don’t have the time or I’m more preoccupied with technical and compositional elements that I want to incorporate into my portraits, that adding make-up just seems like something extra to worry about. Every now and then, I do like to play around though. This shoot was something I did on the fly, shot in my home studio. I did the make-up and used this opportunity to play around with some new modifiers I bought. I love working with Elsie, she always brings so much personality and variety to each frame.
