Fashion Creative // BEHIND-THE-SCENES

Let me introduce you to one of Brampton's hidden gems for photographers and creatives: The Ruby Manor. If you haven't had the chance to shoot or visit this incredible space, you're in for a treat!

The Whistler Studio at The Ruby Manor has always captivated me with its unique vibe. The wooden walls, carefully curated color palette, and that majestic bookshelf exude a sense of artistic inspiration. From the moment I laid eyes on it, I knew I had to plan a shoot in this studio, with a focus on fashion and a male model. I envisioned a shoot that would embrace simplicity in lighting, styling, and team size.

The original model I had booked for this shoot couldn't make it. Rather than canceling, my friend Christine came to the rescue and introduced me to Edgar, who would step in as a first-time model. Despite being a martial artist new to modeling, Edgar exceeded all expectations and delivered.

The most memorable moment of the shoot was when we decided to incorporate playing cards as a prop. It brought a playful and light-hearted atmosphere to the session, and the challenge of capturing the perfect shot sparked a series of laughter-filled moments. Despite the initial difficulty, we managed to create some incredibly cool and unique photos that exceeded our expectations.

I can't wait to share the outcome of this shoot with you all. Stay tuned for the upcoming post featuring the photos!
